Roles

viewer reads domains, onboarding and event logs. manager adds re-running onboarding checks. admin adds domain create/edit, onboarding, runtime info and this Roles screen. Any signed-in internal account with no explicit role below defaults to manager. Break-glass admins are set from the environment and cannot be changed here.
